If you are a new patient. Please call to schedule an appointment. (860) 599-2223. The online scheduling system is available for existing patients only. New patient appointments are 30 minutes of facetime with your doctor. Please bring any pertinent imaging or provider notes. We invite you to download your paperwork and have it completed prior to your visit. Please come 15 early & bring a copy of current insurance card and a picture ID.
